A pipeline of firms that chose to be found.
Private equity, family offices, strategic acquirers, and aggregators acquire registered investment advisors who opted in, or are open to the right conversation.
How access works
We match you anonymously to firms that fit your profile, and surface firms that are open to an inquiry now. Each month you get a set number of inquiries to send to your matches. A firm can accept or pass, much like a connection request. If they accept, their details open up and you both decide whether to talk, share more, or start an NDA through the platform. Access is a flat subscription — no success fee on any deal you close.
Where this RIA deal flow comes from
Most firms here didn’t arrive because they hired a banker and put themselves on the market. They came for a valuation or a score, and opted in to being found. That gives you two things a normal marketplace can’t: firms that are off-market today, and firms growing into your ideal acquisition partner, where you can start building the relationship years earlier than your competition.
What’s behind a listing
Every firm is verified against its Form ADV. Each carries a RIAAS tier — the RIA Ascent Score — so you can gauge quality before you spend a call on it. And the financials are already structured, not a PDF you have to rebuild in a spreadsheet.
Why sellers participate
Sellers share on their terms, behind masked profiles and staged disclosure, because that’s the only way a firm will let itself be found while it’s still deciding. That confidentiality isn’t a constraint on you. It’s the reason there’s anything here to look at.
Your buying profile
You tell us what you’re after: minority, majority, or full ownership, and the services, products, or technology a target should have or avoid. Every firm you see carries a personalized match score against that profile, and it updates as new public filings land or a firm changes its own details. Follow the firms you want to track.
How you pay
Access is a subscription. You’re not paying a retainer to a banker, and you’re not handing over a percentage of the deal to get in front of firms. Two tiers, Professional and Enterprise, differ by how many firms you can pursue at once and the depth of matching and support. Prices are published when the plans ship.
What we ask in return
Access is gated by verification. You confirm who you are and the capital behind you before you reach a firm. It’s a small amount of friction that does one important thing: it keeps the tire-kickers out, which is exactly what the firms on the other side are counting on.
RIA Ascent is pre-launch. The advisor side opens at Future Proof in September 2026, and buyer access follows. The founding buyers are the ones we onboard first and build the marketplace around. They come on as design partners, at introductory pricing. If that’s you, get on the list.
