This privacy policy describes how Ascent Growth Platforms Inc. (“RIA Ascent”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use the RIA Ascent website and the RIA Ascent waitlist (together, the “service”). If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use the service.

Summary

• We collect the contact and firm details you give us when you join the waitlist or get in touch, plus basic technical data about your visit.
• We use that information to reply to you, to run and improve the site, and to tell you about our launch.
• We share it only with the service providers that help us run the site, listed below.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

1. Information we collect

When you join the waitlist or contact us, you provide: your first and last name, email address, firm or company name, an optional phone number, your role or user type, your firm’s assets under management range, your areas of interest, and how you heard about us, along with anything you include in a message.

When you visit the site, we collect basic technical and log data automatically, such as your IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, and the pages and actions in your session, which we need to operate and secure the site.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information, and the service is not directed to children under 18.

2. How we use information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, to manage the waitlist and tell you about our launch at Future Proof in September 2026 and about access, to operate, secure, and improve the site, to prevent fraud and misuse, and to comply with the law.

3. Service providers

We share information with the providers that help us run the service, under agreements that limit their use of it:

• Vercel, for website hosting and infrastructure, which serves the site and processes related network and log data.
• Airtable, which stores the waitlist and contact information you submit.
• Cloudinary, for image and media delivery on the site.

We may also disclose information where required for legal compliance, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition, under the protections of this policy.

4. Third parties you choose to use

If you book an in-person valuation at Future Proof through our scheduling link, you are taken to Calendly, an outside provider. Calendly collects the details you enter to book your time under its own privacy policy. This is a link-out, not part of our site, and we do not control Calendly’s data practices.

5. What we do not do

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use it for targeted or third-party advertising. The current site does not use artificial intelligence to process your personal information.

6. Data retention

We keep the information you provide for as long as it is relevant to our launch and your relationship with us, and as long as we need it to run the service. After that, we delete or anonymize it, unless a longer period is required by law, for example for tax or accounting.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, including United States states such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas, and Virginia, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to appeal a denied request. 9. Children

The service is intended for professional and business use and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we make material changes, we will update the “last updated” date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.
